- Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service by 8am JST(Japan Standard Time) the day after your order is placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Please contact Customer Service by 8am JST(Japan Standard Time) the day after your order is placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be amend.
When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information, color change within the same product and gift option.
If you’re looking to add or change another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order.
Shipping & Deliveries
- When will my order ship?
In-stock items will be shipped within 2business days, Monday through Friday. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays.) Pre-order items will be shipped after the items are received at Ops.
- How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped. Please make sure you enter the correct email address so you don't miss updates on your order.
- What is the shipping cost?
All Ops. products are shipped free of charge. Shipping costs are included in the product price.
Returns & Warranty
- Can you repair my jewellery?
We do not provide any repairs, re-plating or ring resizing services currently. If you have an item in need of repair, please get in touch and we'd be happy to provide further assistance.
Gift & Wrapping
- How do you wrap a gift if I am purchasing as a gift?
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please check "Add Gift Wrap to your Order" . We will wrap it for you. All items in your cart with a gift added will be delivered with a gift jewelry box.
- Do all Ops. items come with a jewelry box?
K18 and K10 items come with a box, silver925 items come with a plastic bag package.
